Get order in your daily schedule

The benefits of having an orderly and consistent daily schedule in life cannot be stressed enough. It not just improves your physical and mental health, it also lets you feel that you have control over your life and lets you complete your tasks efficiently.

One very simple to get it right is by ensuring that you do a certain one thing, everyday, at the same time. For example, having dinner everyday, without fail, at 9 pm or going off to sleep daily at 11 pm or reading the newspaper daily from 7:00 am to 7:30. Get started with just this one thing, and you will slowly start seeing things fall into place in your life. 

It not just gets your life systematized, it also increases your will power and determination.
