Create Time For Yourself Every Day

We have only 24 hours each day. Maximizing productivity in these 24 hours is known as Time Management. There are a number of ways by which we can ensure that we get more work done in lesser time.
One of these ways, is by doing the 'Filler Jobs'.

Filler Jobs are those jobs that do not require a lot of close attention and care. This are jobs we can do even at our half ability. Such jobs include checking e-mail, facebooking, watching the news on TV etc.

We spend nearly an hour or more each day doing such small jobs. Now, if you can try and multi-task, you may be able to save yourself a lot of time regularly. For example, you can check your mail while your breakfast toast is being baked in the toaster, or you can watch the news while your waiting for your geyser to warm the water, read the newspaper while you travel in the bus for office etc.

What I am trying to say is that we spend a lot of idle time everyday. If we can ensure that we do small little easy, but necessary jobs in this time, we can create time for ourselves.

So get started slowly. Put it in your To Do List for tomorrow that you will multi-task these easy little jobs and thereby allow yourself an extra hour in the day which you can choose to spend as you please.
